Kendrick Lamar’s discography has experienced a significant boost on the Billboard 200 chart following the recent attention surrounding his feud with Drake.
Here are the notable chart positions for Kendrick’s major label projects:
- DAMN.: Climbed to number 18 (previously at 41).
- good kid, m.A.A.d city: Currently at number 23 (previously 51st).
- Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers: Surged to number 55 (from 192).
- To Pimp a Butterfly: Reentered the chart at number 109.
Meanwhile, Drake’s chart positions have declined across the board. His highest-charting album, For All the Dogs, now sits at number 20 (previously 17). Other albums like Take Care, Scorpion, Certified Lover Boy, Views, Her Loss, and More Life have also seen slight drops.
Fans seem to be taking sides in the feud, favoring Kendrick as his streams rise while Drake’s fall. Kendrick’s diss track “Not Like Us” currently tops the Billboard Hot 100, with “Euphoria” at number three and his collaboration with Future and Metro Boomin, “Like That,” at number six.
Drake’s diss track “Family Matters” holds the seventh spot. Despite this, it appears Drake has conceded, hinting at “good times” and “summer vibes” in an Instagram post.
