George Clooney and his wife Amal were the picture of elegance and romance as they attended the premiere of his new film The Boys In The Boat in Los Angeles on Monday night.

The 62-year-old actor, who directed and produced the biographical sports drama, looked dapper in a black suit and a dark blue shirt, while his 45-year-old spouse stunned in a canary yellow gown that hugged her curves and flowed to the floor.

The couple, who have been married since 2014 and share four-year-old twins Ella and Alexander, smiled and posed for the cameras as they walked the red carpet arm in arm.

Amal, a renowned human rights lawyer, accessorized her eye-catching dress with a metallic clutch and a pair of dangling earrings. She wore her long brunette hair in loose waves and opted for a natural makeup look that highlighted her radiant complexion.

George, who is one of the most acclaimed stars in Hollywood, sported a salt-and-pepper beard and a sleek hairstyle. He also wore a black-and-silver watch that matched his suit.

The Boys In The Boat is based on the best-selling book by Daniel James Brown, which tells the true story of nine American rowers who competed for gold at the 1936 Berlin Olympics, defying the odds and the Nazi regime.

The film, which is set to be released on Netflix on December 15, features a cast of young and talented actors, including Austin Abrams, Charles Melton, Ben Hardy, Sam Claflin, and Logan Lerman.

George and Amal were joined by some of the stars of the film, as well as other celebrities, such as Jimmy Kimmel, who interviewed George earlier in the day on his talk show.

The Clooneys, who are known for their philanthropic work and activism, recently donated $500,000 to the Equal Justice Initiative, a non-profit organization that provides legal representation to prisoners who may have been wrongly convicted of crimes, poor prisoners without effective representation, and others who may have been denied a fair trial.
