In that memorable episode, Kim Kardashian had a meltdown in Season 6 after her then-boyfriend, basketball player Kris Humphries, playfully threw her into the sea in the French Polynesian island Bora Bora. During the incident, Kim lost her $75,000 diamond earring. In the scene, she shouted, “My earring’s gone! F***,” while Kourtney, uninterested, responded with the now-iconic line: “There are people that are dying, Kim.”
