Hip-hop veterans Cam’ron and Joe Budden have been trading shots over Melyssa Ford’s remarks on Cam’ron’s wild brothel story from the ’90s. The former video vixen, who co-hosts The Joe Budden Podcast, questioned whether there were underage girls in the brothel that Cam’ron and Murda visited back in the day.

Cam’ron, who shared the story on his sports talk show It Is What It Is, did not take kindly to Ford’s insinuation and threatened to have her deported to Canada, where she was born. He also called her an “expensive escort” and claimed she had sex with Ice-T for money.

Budden, who defended Ford on his podcast, challenged Cam’ron to sue him for defamation of character, saying he was bluffing. He also mocked Cam’ron for reposting a clip of his podcast on Instagram, where he praised Ford as a co-host.

The feud has sparked reactions from fans and fellow rappers, who have weighed in on the drama. Some have sided with Cam’ron, saying Ford was out of line for making such a serious allegation. Others have backed Budden, saying Cam’ron was being disrespectful and petty.

The beef between Cam’ron and Budden dates back to their days as members of rival groups, Dipset and Slaughterhouse, respectively. The two have exchanged diss tracks and jabs over the years, but have also shown respect for each other’s skills and accomplishments.

It is unclear if the latest spat will escalate into a full-blown rap battle, or if the two will settle their differences amicably. Either way, the hip-hop community is watching closely.
