Davina McCall has jetted off to Australia to see her daughter Tilly, 20, and she's making the most of the sunny weather by staying fit and active.
The TV presenter, 56, who is known for her passion for fitness, looked sensational as she went for a run in a bright orange crop top and red shorts, flaunting her incredible abs and toned legs.
Davina smiled as she pounded the pavement, stopping to catch her breath and check her phone at one point.
She later took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her trip with her fans, revealing that she was thrilled to be reunited with her youngest child.

She wrote: "I’m a bit quiet on here atm coz I’m in Australia seeing Tilly !!! Yayyyyy! ( my youngest daughter).
"And my family…. Had terrible jet lag this am but a run sorted me out … running by the sea is EPIC!!! Back soon x what’s happening?" (sic).
Davina, who also has two sons, Holly, 19, and Chester, 14, with her ex-husband Matthew Robertson, has previously opened up about her strict fitness regime that keeps her in shape.
The My Mum, Your Dad star told The Mirror that she wakes up at 6:15am every day and puts on her Lycra workout clothes, as it motivates her to exercise.
She also revealed that she wears weighted gloves for all her workouts, even when she walks her dog Bo, as they add extra resistance and intensity.
She said: "They’re just half a kilogram, but you’ll feel it. They’re the single greatest piece of kit I’ve ever used."

Davina also follows a balanced diet, with her breakfast consisting of powdered bovine collagen and granola with milk, and her main meal being at lunchtime.
She said: "I usually have something like pasta or courgetti or eggs with something."
The former Big Brother host, who married hairdresser Michael Douglas in 2020 after their original wedding was postponed due to Covid, has also credited her doctor for prescribing her gels and patches to help with her menopause symptoms.
She said: "I’m on gels and patches for everything from brain fog to libido. I’m not embarrassed to talk about it because it’s liberating to feel like myself again."
